- DMD. MDec 21, 20251.0Customers service is deplorable from Management down to servers. Ordered are continuously messed up. We live 5 minutes from the location and the foods cold by the time we get home. No thank you. We tried to place the seasonal Grinch order. Instead of saying they ran out the girl who worked there just put in an order for something else and didn’t even tell us. We got to the window, no apology, we had them change the order to what we wanted. Instead of giving us the condiments we asked for she gave us the run thing. Thought we had the right stuff finally, left and realized they didn’t. Turned around went back and the idiot manager tried charging us again for their mistake! When we drove up to the next window to the girl who waited on us, the manager came along, gave us the correct order, no smile no apology.

After we came back, they kept questioning our order and told us we had to wait for the food to be ready when we pulled up. The service was terrible and the food wasn’t even worth it.
