I was 1 minute earlier than the pickup time I was given and when the woman came to the window she was short with me asked me the name on order. I told her my name she snapped that it wasn't ready then shut the pickup window so hard it bounced back open. A few minutes later someone else brought my food. I wasn't being impatient... didn't honk horn or ring bell more than the 1 time. But she was super short with me. I know people have bad days but there was no need to shut the window so hard it came back open.
- RORichard OrtizDec 14, 20251.0I paid 117 dollars on a order and they refused to give me condiments Parmesan cheese, packets, and chili packets they illegally were gonna charge me for them than when I get home they charged me for extra pineapple and pizza sauce and I didn’t receive the extra that I asked and paid for than to top it off they even asked me for a tip man only desert hot springs does this type of stuff never had this at any other pizza huts in the valley
