I love visiting the Sacramento location and always leave in a great mood — I go there at least once a month. But this place was completely different. My order was incorrect, and the girl clearly added extra ice on purpose. I ordered two toppings and only received one popping boba, which was frozen and had a weird, jelly-like texture. I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into who was working that night. It’s important to make sure customers are treated kindly and that orders are prepared correctly — especially when people bring guests hoping to share a good experience.
