The level of inefficiency is beyond unacceptable. This McDonald’s consistently delivers the worst service I have ever experienced. Orders take excessively long, staff show little urgency or courtesy, and there seems to be a complete lack of competent management. The entire operation either needs a full staff overhaul and new leadership, or it should make way for a different food chain capable of meeting basic customer service standards. It’s incredibly disappointing that this is the only drive-through option on base, leaving those stationed or working here with no alternative. Our service members and personnel deserve far better than this. Hopefully, someone in charge takes this seriously and initiates real change.
