I've seen them make my food and my cheese and patty will sit on the counter for about ten minutes before they finish them. They're supposed to wait until all the food is cooked before placing a burger together and that doesn't happen here. Your food will sit there for a while and then you'll get it cold. When I brought this up to the manager, she went to hide behind one of the counters and ignored me during the rest of my visit.
