I’m from Florida and I haven’t seen them include it there but it was a perfect addition. I wish I lived out here because I would be here all the time.

But what clinched it for me was the 4.9 average rating. Upon entering I was impressed by the cleanliness and amused by the funky decor. My server was friendly and quick to take my drink order while I perused the menu. I settled on two Birria tacos, some consommé, and a cucumber lemon agua fresca. It took less than 7 minutes for my order to arrive (at 12:30 PM no less!)... and WOW. Everything was fantastic. The tacos and consommé were rich and flavorful without being greasy. The drink was fresh and really tasty, without being too sweet. Arguably the best Birria I've ever had. I look forward to the next time I have to visit Coachella, if only to get some more of these incredible tacos! 🌮 😋
