The lady working in the flower/balloon section was behind the counter, and when I asked for help, her immediate response was, “I’m off.” I asked if anyone else could assist, and she said, “No, everyone is busy,” then walked away and left me there. I found someone who said she was the manager, Vanessa, but she had no name tag. When I asked if someone could help at the balloon section, she told me the department closed at 5 PM. That was upsetting because the other worker told me 6 PM. It felt like I was being given excuses, not the truth. The attitude from both employees was unprofessional and dismissive. The staff overall didn’t look happy or welcoming. This was supposed to be a simple errand for my daughter’s birthday, and it turned into a frustrating experience. This is the last time we’ll shop at this location.
