All of a sudden a crew approached and told us that she will help us do the order on the touch screen kiosk. This lady crew did all the order and then transferred to the counter for payment. She did it without any attitude or hesitation. She talked to us in excellent English probably knowing that we don't speak Spanish. Kudos to this bilingual lady crew!!

I placed my order at 12:27 PM, but the kiosk failed to print a receipt, so I had to request one from the front counter. After sitting down, I noticed several customers receiving their food—even those who ordered after me. By 12:53 PM, my order number still hadn’t appeared on the screen. I approached the counter, where multiple customers were already expressing frustration with the service. When I asked about my order, the employee named Gabby snatched the receipt from my hand without a word. Several nearby customers even commented on how rude that was. Gabby then walked to the kitchen and said in Spanish, “I need four chicken strips please,” which made it clear my order hadn’t even been started. After waiting another four minutes, I had no choice but to cancel—I was on my lunch break and couldn’t afford to wait any longer. This experience was unacceptable: 26 minutes for a simple order that hadn’t even been initiated, paired with dismissive and disrespectful customer service. I hope management addresses both the operational delays and the need for basic courtesy toward paying customers.
