Mi experiencia fue malisima en este Mc. De chino C.A. pedi un desayuno con su jugo de naranja en autoservicio cuando estaba veviendo el jugo no te algo adentro del jugo y era un pedazo de moho, fui a reclamarles y les pedi mi dinero me dieron ganas de demandarlos, porque a mi bebé le di jugo sin saber lo que tenia dentro. Nomas les dije que si se enfermaba mi hijo los iva a demandar, es antihigienico lo de este restaurante por mi parte no volvere a comprar esta comida de McDonald's.

We went through a practically empty drive-thru with only one car in one of the lanes and so we went to the opposite lane. We were told to wait a moment as the opposite car was pulling forward and another car pulled up in it's place. This was followed by another 2 cars being assisted before us and I called to the speaker for assistance. I was told, "I'm sorry about that, please wait." So instead we decided to drive away without any service and upset with a hungry family in the car. We hope they provide better service to us if we decide to stop at this location again.

I had started to work in the area and I come here for breakfast and sometimes lunch but the service is never consistent and this most recent time I was waiting for half an hour in the parking lot for my food and when I called they said "you are next" took too long so now I'm late for work and I tried calling again to refund my order and I could go they refused to pick up their phones, after ten tries of calling then they brought my order. EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated

Don’t come to this place, one of the leads a Hispanic older woman is very rude. I don’t think she likes working here, but that’s not my fault. I asked for a refill on my coffee and was very disrespectful in simply saying “we don’t do refills” Didn’t even take the time to explain. This McDonald’s had crappy service.

I always try to convince myself McDonald's isn't that bad. They always prove me wrong. Even though it's not that expensive, it's still barely mediocre.
