    Brought my coffee back because it was cold . Employee was combative didn't believe me. Every time I get coffee at this location it tastes bad or is not hot enough. This location needs a big improvement on the way they make coffee and treat their customers.

    It seems like every time I order curbside, people who got to the drive thru at the same time I pull up, are getting their food before I am. Last 3 times has been about 15 min wait, seems a little long for getting there after it says my food is ready.

    Ordered a pretty simple meal, a plain cheeseburger and fries. When I paid and pulled up to the second window they told me to pull up front, as they were waiting for my "PLAIN cheeseburger to be made". The lady recited back to me that it was plain, yet when I got it after waiting an extra 10 minutes it was not plain, I made it simpler for them to make and it took them extra time, and still did it wrong after I had my order repeated back to me correctly from the first and second window.

    I’d like to write about the service, I was served by Kaylee. she was sweet and very thoughtful! she made sure I had every order, drinks, and sauces. To whoever her managers are please consider her for everything she does, she’s fast, sweet, and great attitude. Give her a raise because I will call corporate for her amazing work and talented skills. Thanks mcdonald’s on mangrove ❤️
