I stood at the counter for 6 minutes, timed it on my phone and not one employee seen working the window or bagging up orders. I finally walked out even though I got notification my order was ready, it was never served. I canceled the order. It was a total Waste of time, gas and left feeling awkward how McDonald’s is running their business with no employees helping out customers inside the lobby.

Drive thru has always been fast when I go, and customer service is better than most. Even though they have a kiosk to order they make an employee available which is nice.
