I ordered online and went to pick it up. I was parked for about a minute, if that, before the woman came out with my order. And the food was hot and the modified items were done correctly.

Pulled up to the drive through speaker and barely a greeting was uttered. immediately a tone of disdain asked me to "speak up." When I emphasized a request for "one second to look at the menu" it was met with "well if you take longer than 2 minutes I have to ask you to pull around." Wait, what? This is new. "Manager please." Is this really how you treat a customer who fortunately doesn't have the McDonals menu memorized (Yes, I mean fortunately.) Managers doubles down on the 2 minute or you must pull around.
I highly doubt that the McDonalds customer service training states a patron only has 2 minutes to order and thats all the time they get before being forced to go around in a circle to try their luck at another two minute clock.
What a joke! Not going back there, but really who gives a damn.

We're in our 40s 50s and we came in and all the tables were dirty and floors were gross. Its slow and they should clean the restaurant. Management needs to train better.

First in line at drive thru had to wait at least 10 minutes just for two diet dr. Pepper. When we got home we had one diet dr pepper and one regular coke. Good thing I’m not diabetic!!! Obviously short staffed, that’s a fault of the owner, they make the budget, if you can’t run it sell it.
