    Hi Laura, I wanted to discuss my recent visit to McDonald's. I ordered two scrambled eggs and requested a paper box. You took my order without a smile or repeating it back. You handed me a plastic box instead. I felt like my request wasn't prioritized. I'd appreciate improved attention to detail and a friendlier approach. Looking forward to seeing changes.

    ⸻ This morning I waited in the drive-thru line for about 5 minutes with no response. The inside of the store was closed, so I couldn’t go in. When I asked, “Can you hear me?” the employee said “no” and then completely ignored me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems at this location — the same employee has been rude in the past as well. The service here really needs to improve.

    I ordered through doordash and tried the new buffalo chicken sandwich meal. Large, etc etc.... CLICKED THE OPTION for NO tomatoes, ALLERGIC A.F... the employees must have IGNORED the screen for the order... they just made the order as is and I'm unable to eat the meal... at all. Had to rush and shower after opening the sandwich. Very disappointed and don't trust McDonald's that have lazy employees who don't care about there customers enough to do there job and read a screen with what to and NOT to put.
