My McDonald's app points were claimed by someone else, I am suspecting a staff here. I called to express this experience to prevent others from experiencing the disappointment I had. I called the location and staff hung up after hearing what I was saying, TWICE. They even had the phone not hung up so I kept hearing that blaring siren sound when I tried calling back. I've left a similar review on doordash for this location and even messaged corporate. My points and monopoly code are no big deal but if they are doing this to multiple customers, that's unfair and the amount adds up.
