  We booked our soccer team party, successfully. But when we arrived, the room was booked by someone else. They told us that whoever booked us didn't have permission to, and they would not accommodate us. Our league will likely look elsewhere going forward.

  Pros: If you like roundtable pizza you’ll like Mark & Monica’s. I’m pretty sure the recipes are the same down to the ranch dressing lol. This is a nice mom and pops place its staple in our community that employ lots of kids in the neighborhood. Cons: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE MARK & MONICA APP. 1. There’s a 3 dollar charge at checkout when ordering thru the app. 2. Whatever rewards you have on the app are not acknowledged in the store. In store points and app points are completely different. Apparently the systems don’t communicate with each other and completely separate. You’re better off calling in your order as there’s no incentive to use the app. PRICES: a small speciality is $18.99. A small is almost the same size as a medium they just cut smaller slices. Same thing with ordering a large-size you are getting a medium size compare to other competitors in the area such as mountain mikes pizza. NOTE: They no longer honor the $5 dollar off online speciality pizza. They’ll encourage you to download the app instead however they don’t have incentives that make it worth spending here anymore. Tonight I spent $60 dollars on 2 pizzas. I could have ordered 2 pizzas from Costco for $20 dollars but I believe in supporting small businesses. Tonight while picking up my order, I tired to use my points at the store they didn’t honor it. They lost me as a customer because of their terrible loyalty point system.

  Ireally like their pizza, however I was told my pizza would be ready at 6:01. When I got there to pick it up, I was told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes, at 6:20 I was told it would be ready in five minutes. At 6:32 I got my pizza. Draw your own conclusions

  1st time, looking for a different spot then our usual. Came here. Pizza was made perfectly as requested. I drove to the restaurant and my daughter grabbed the pizza and came back saying the girl there was really nice and she liked it in side!!! Pizza was good too! Thank you!

  App order was awful. But that’s not the biggest downside. The lady on the phone was rude and short when I asked if the time I received is the time my food would be ready or should we plan on later. She told me that I would get a text when it’s ready, twice. My wife went to pickup. The same lady there was rude, told her that we would have gotten a text if our food was ready or someone would call it out. After waiting 15 minutes the lady asked my wife what the name was…our food had been in the hot box waiting the entire time. We never received a text nor did someone call it out.
