The crust and toppings were blackened and inedible, while the others were fine clearly a quality control issue. Tried calling the store immediately but couldn’t get through to anyone, and the app wouldn’t let me request a refund or replacement. It’s frustrating to spend this much on a holiday night and not even be able to reach someone to fix the issue. Please address this we just wanted dinner for the family, not a box of burnt food.
