Walk in and get ignored because food isn't on pick up counter. Wait till Cashier yells I need my order after showing her app and checking right location. Can't find. Manager then looks at my app for confirmation. Then accuses me of using a screenshot. Hanf her phone to check. Finally finds food in drive thru that 3 others couldn't find. Then get accused of being delivery with my kids with me. As if that's some excuse or my fault. Im just trying to get my food offering all avaliable proof that I'm the one who ordered it. Please dont ignore us. Its busy things get over looked. Dont treat me like I'm the one in the wrong.
