I was waiting for change at the ordering and payment window. Then, a truck stopped in front of us at the pickup window, blocking us, and she was paying there. What was going on? Why was she paying at the pickup window, and what was the employee doing to pay for it? What was going on during the busy morning hours?

The white girl manager that was wearing a mask I don’t know if she wears it every but she was delaying my order on purpose. It’s so rude and unprofessional she should get fired if her pettiness gets in the way for good customer service. It was literally one sandwich I was waiting for 30 minutes, so I see no reason for it to take so long.
