I place my order, pay and get to the window to pick it up, and they of course got my order wrong and didn’t take down my full order. When I inform the girl at the window she tells me well it’s not her fault because she didn’t take my order so I need to go through the line again if I want to order the other hamburger I want. Horrible customer service skills.
