  I wish I could give them a star I get that is busy but why give the option to pay at the register if they are going to ignore you and when you try to get there attention they say give me a second and still goes to keep paking food for the drive thru so did not eat there poor service

  After paying for my order through the drive-thru tonight, I was not handed my receipt. I was not offered an explanation or nothing was said about the matter, the male employee just took my card, swiped it and gave it back. He closed the window while I continued to wait because I wanted a copy of my receipt, and didn't seem to notice me even though I was trying to get his attention with my hands. I thought about honking but figured it would sound too loud so I parked my car and knocked on the window. He opened it and I asked if he could please give me my receipt to which he replied "please don't hit the window." I then told him I wasn't hitting the window I was knocking on it to get his attention since he never turned around and there was a long line in back of me waiting. He closed the window again and brought the manager as I continued to wait ANOTHER long while and when he finally opened it, he said I would have to get my receipt from the pick-up window. As the manager stood there I took the opportunity to explain what had happened and that I was being accused of hitting the window which by the way, felt like it was loose when I knocked on it possibly making the employee think for some reason it was being hit, I'm not sure. I don't appreciate being accused of hitting the window as if I was being violent for some reason, which I was not. If they would of tooken the time to possibly review the camera footage, it would of been proven that I was not lying. On top of that, it's rude to assume that your customer does not want a receipt without asking or possibly offering an explanation as to why one is not given. In this case, it seemed like there was no receipt paper left which is understandable but that's the EMPLOYEE'S job to explain. I don't believe I will be returning to this Mcdonald's because even though I have had rude employees in the past at different Mcdonald's, I have never been accused of being violent in any way towards any employee. And for the record, I will continue to ask for my receipt every single time even if it bothers the employees. It is NOT the customer's fault you are in a bad mood and cannot act professionally!

  The best 1/4 pounder I've had compared to any McDonald's. The burger buns were soft and fluffy for the filet-o-fish.
