- JBJames BuddellDec 10, 20251.0I went through the drive thru and ordered a coke with my meal, but got a dr pepper. The fries were also cold, but i just decided to keep them and not make a fuss because i was in a hurry. I decided to go inside to get the soda replaced though, and when a male worker approached me i explained what happened, and he pointed to a shorter, large older woman with a long blonde braid and a grey sweater (assuming it was a manager.) She walked up in a hostile way and said “what do you want.” In a rude tone. When i explained to her that i wanted a coke, she stomped away and made it for me without saying another word, and barked at her employee to give it to me once it was ready. It was very hostile and dismissive. This, along with the stale fries and the dry, old chicken patty on my sandwich (given to me with no sauce whatsoever), left a bad taste in my mouth. This is the second time my fries have been old and cold from this mcdonalds, and I will not be returning due to that womans nasty attitude. I feel terrible that she’s in charge of others with the way that she spoke to me as well as her coworker.
