They refused that is the worst customer service ever do not go here. The manager needs to control their people and how they talk to others and treat others. You are in the fast food industry. It’s all about customer service you guys show no customer service.

The staff does not care about you or your order, the food is terrible, and the wait time for your order is insane. It took 30 minutes for my order to be ready the other day and there was a mob of other customers waiting as well and not a single employee would even look at anybody or ask what they are waiting on. By the time I actually got my order it was a disaster, the burger was half wrapped with condiments all over the side of the burger and the nuggets weren’t crispy at all. The next day I tried to mobile order a hash brown at 10:20, and they canceled my order because they switched the menu apparently, but that doesn’t happen until 11. Just avoid this place.

They make you use the stupid kiosks that take way longer than just someone taking your order and money. They now have the cashier helping everyone at the kiosk. Stupid. This one no longer offers senior coffee. You have to ask for everything because there is no self serve for condiments, napkins, straws, salt, etc. we will never be back.
