    It's never open on time. I work nearby, I get off at 5, I go around 5:15 or 5:20 to pick up my order that I placed on the app, and nobody helps me. They're always hiding behind the counter. I've seen them, and it's happened several times now, and it's money that the app won't get back.

    McDonald’s Really nice and calm place, especially in the morning. There aren’t many people inside, so it’s peaceful if you want to sit and enjoy your meal. The drive-thru can get busy, but it moves fast and the service is reliable. Overall, it’s a clean spot with a good atmosphere and quick service—definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations to stop by.

    This was the nastiest mcdonalds we have ever been to! There was a single table that wasn't dirty. Trash on the floor throught the restaurant. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting! And if that wasn't bad enough the restaurant didnt even have but 4 customers and the staff wasn't even making an attempt to clean up.

    Hubby and I go here often for sodas and fries, the ladies in the drive through always have the best attitudes and a smile on their faces!fries and food is always hot and drinks are usually good, but sometimes the syrup needs to be changed! Overall, best McDonald's in Bakersfield because of the attitudes of the employees!
