Homeless camped out in the toilet stall. And the worst rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I personally chose to leave and take my business elsewhere I know know how bad this location is and I personally will never be back to this location.

And at the 2nd window they forgot my free item and when I reminded them she was rude mcds we need do better kids go there to eat!!! It was morning shift I went there 8am 12/21/25 if they gone have attitude they shouldn’t be behind the registers!!!!!
- ECErich CattDec 16, 20254.0Decent McDonald’s to eat at. Usually somebody is there to take your order so you don’t have to use the kiosk. Everyone is always polite. I’ll give the atmosphere a two because the owner of the restaurant doesn’t think it’s necessary to use the heat when it’s 45° outside. So eat fast before your food gets cold . And this is not an isolated incident the heat there’s never turned on. No refills. No self serv anything including the hidden napkins.

Y para mi punto debe estar uno de las cosas muy importantes que me den recibo ni comprobante de compra
