  I had a very rude interaction with somebody that they called themselves Emma. I ordered breakfast at 10:20 by the time I show up they cancel it. I show up at 10:26 could not find parking for the curbside because people are parking at curbside pick up not using curbside pick up. I called and asked to see if there’s anything possible that have been done and Emma was very rude on the phone talking like to me like I’m an idiot. I work customer service. That’s not what you do. At least the way you talk. She hang up on me. She took me complain personally. It’s not about you. It’s about the system. Don’t act like it’s about you. I called back to get her name not even sure if it’s her name. I told her thank you before I was gonna hang up. I heard her cussing me out. I hope corporate or managers see this. This place is the worst, McDonald’s in Bakersfield. The McDonald’s at Union has better service, less homeless people asking for money or food. This place you gotta ask refills , like they’re afraid somebody’s gonna drink the soda dry. you gotta ask use the bathroom like they’re afraid somebody’s gonna clog it or something. When you do curbside, they come to the window closest to them so I have to reach over to grab the food or they pound on my window when I don’t see them and they basically tossed food at me when I do curbside, it’s usually very heavy set lady that’s the rudest, she must have fun working at McDonald’s with employee benefits because she’s not happy working there, basically how some people are there for the free food, to think about it that’s probably Emma sounded like her on the phone I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve been having far too many bad interactions at this place, this hopefully last time come here.

  Just got large fries and a 20 pc. Nuggets. Everything was cold. Grabbed in my bag to eat some fries and they were cold. Container wasn't even warm. Nuggets were just as cold. Very disappointing. Not going back there

  El peor Mac de Bakersfiel no se lo recomiendo Panama y H donde esta la vallarta, mal servicio.ambiente tenso. El personal de mal humor grandes colas de espera, no es comida rapida me han servido mas rapido en Dennys. Que lastima que un lugar tan especial lo conviertan en un lugar desagradanle. 0 estrellas

  Employees need to learn customer service skills super rude wen you ask for ketchup or napkins like they swer it come out of ther check... Also not even a good morning or anything just simply rude!!! Never again !!!
