0. Stars. To follow up with my review from 1 year ago - why I decided to return... hunger with 3 kids in my car. I tried curbside again... should have checked the other reviews - each stating 30+ mins for curbside. My husband went in and waited for a long time before being helped. They suspected we didnt "press in" the order - which we had. Food was not quality and did not receive sauce packets, although my husband asked if they were there and was assured. They were not.
$50 in food, we could have sat at a restaurant and ate quicker for a little bit more $
Is "convenience" worth compromising on service and quality? There was nothing convenient about this experience.

Everything I ordered tasted stale, as if it had been sitting on the warmer for a long time. I’m pretty sure my order was not fresh based on the way it tasted. I’m not that picky. I will take food that has been sitting around for a little bit, but this order had been sitting around for a very long time and they decided to give it to me and pull it off as fresh. This is very upsetting. In addition to everything, this McDonald’s is very slow. I used to love going there knowing they would be quick, that’s not the case anymore. Bad quality and service! I never thought for a second that McDonald’s would go downhill But there is no way that they will maintain a leader in this industry like this!

Running the monopoly promo but not having stickers while running a contest should at least give digital chances. This is some BS. Can't wait for the next scandal where they reveal the game was rigged. AGAIN
