On my way to Lake Tahoe today 12/26 around 2pm I stop by this store, after I picked up my order I asked for a cup of hot water using my own mug, couple of friendly staffs tried to help me, but the manager stop them by speaking Spanish to them...I was waiting there for about 5 minutes, a male staff finally helped me, then the manager not happy she kept on telling him don't do this and don't do that WTH wrong with her, she need to get training...

I can see my BigMac was made and just sitting there waiting for someone to put it in a bag and give it to me. I almost went and grabbed it myself. Employees too busy talking to each other to work. Im glad they raised the minimum wage to $20, so people can make more money for not doing they're job. Im never eating at another McDonald's again for the rest of my life, and if I do I hope I die from food poisoning.
