this place and every single one of its employees should be completely ashamed of themselves. i only ever come here to buy a kids meal for my little brother and every single time its the same experience; waiting 15 minutes after the app said my kids meal was ready, a long line of people waiting for their food, and the absolutely horrible customer service. the way this place treats the elderly is disgusting. none of the older folks know how to use the kiosk and have to order at the counter, but every employee here is apparently too busy to take the order of one, maybe two older or non-english speaking people. just today, i witnessed an older lady waiting in line for 15 minutes at the counter, cash in hand to pay for her meal. who even knows how long she had been there waiting. she tried to get the attention of two employees walking by, yet they just kept staring ahead and walking like nothing. no humanity in people like this, absolutely shameful.

This is my "neighborhood" McDonald's and it continues to be a disappointment. Every single time we go there, no matter the day of the week or time of day, the service is slow...like very, very slow! The last two times I was with people who asked to stop there, the fries were limp and not very hot. We toyed with calling the restaurant, but they never pick up the phone. This must be owned by the corporation since no care for customers is taken. Very disappointed. This last time waited 15 minutes for two Filet O Fish sandwiches and two large fries...not from the time of order, but from the time we paid! Ridiculous.
