Tables that arrived after us were fully served and nearly finished while we waited 40-50 minutes with no updates. Our food only came out after we went to the counter. It was cold, and we were even served a dish we never ordered. Offering the food for free did not fix the problem — we didn’t come for free food, we came for a proper Christmas Eve dinner. The restaurant was not busy and clearly not understaffed. When we left, no one acknowledged us, apologized, or said goodbye. We supported this restaurant during COVID, but after this experience, we will never return. Our Christmas Eve was completely ruined.

The Big Philly sandwich was huge and could easily feed two. The homemade chips were crispy and reminded me of home - rural NC. Kids pasta was not soggy nor overcooked. Overall, our food was great and no complaints! We had a lot of leftovers to go and our sweet server boxed it all up and gave us plates/utensils to go. We would definitely come back here if we return to this area again in the future.
