    Past few times I’ve been here Owen has been able to take my order efficiently and correctly making sure I get my food as soon as possible. I appreciate his attention to getting orders out to guests on time as well as his friendliness. Never feel like the workers are rude here and they are always listening and checking in if anyone needs help.

    My app order was stolen right next to me when some woman picked up the bag and left. No one was there to supervise the order. When I asked the manager, she said I would have to reorder through the app because it is an app glitch. I deleted my app AND WILL NEVER EVER SUPPORT THIS CHAIN.

    The manager of this place today is totally rude, I don't know where on earth they hired someone like that to be a manager/supervisor. She snapped at you when you asked questions, and the time is around 3:30pm, it's not even peak time.

    So they drive-through is always pretty busy. I haven’t been there in a while, but I went today and I ordered the two cheeseburger meal which is a number nine. What I got was a hamburger wrapped in a cheeseburger wrapping paper and fries and a drink so I was missing a cheeseburger. I was missing cheese on a hamburger and I had asked for extra pickles and extra onions that didn’t happen And I was charged for the cheeseburger meal. I didn’t know if to laugh or think the universe for saving my calories just expect the unexpected. I guess they don’t know how to take orders. They don’t know how to deliver orders just be patient and check your bag before you leave the window because I left the window and now, it’s too late.
