There is a super supportive lady the pharmacy whose name is Niloufar.
She is super intelligent, kind & supportive.
For our family, she is the only reason we purchase our medicines from this store.

Beware of the Pharmacy at this location, their organization and service have gone straight downhill lately. I had a terrible experience there with an employee called Golnaz. I called to refill a prescription and was told I could pick it up in two hours. I ended up not having time to pick it up that day, and came the next day instead. There I met Golnaz, who looked all around the pharmacy for several minutes, asking other employees for help finding my prescription. It was not on the shelf where it should be, or anywhere else, apparently. She comes back to me, flustered, and says they only just received a shipment of the medication I had asked for, and told me to come back in half an hour. She offered no apology. I raised my eyebrows, then said I would be back. No one had mentioned not having the medication in stock the day before, so either Golnaz was lying, or whoever I spoke to on the phone shouldn’t have said that my refill would be ready in two hours. Upon returning, Golnaz took my medication off the shelf and slammed it on the counter, not greeting me. After I paid for my medication, she threw it roughly under the plastic divider, and said ‘have a nice day’ in an extremely sarcastic tone, not looking at me. Never have I been served with such a terrible attitude, or been so passive-aggressively disrespected at this location. I have been picking up prescriptions there for years, and have never had any trouble. However, I will definitely be looking elsewhere after this experience.

I thought the Pharmacy was open until 8 on Sunday night, but when I arrived at 6:58, the doors were being closed to the store and to the Pharmacy. When I mentioned to the Pharmacist that the meds were for my husband who had just been discharged from LGH, she and her Assistant agreed to stay beyond closing time by almost 15 minutes to fill the prescriptions! I was so very grateful, but not as grateful as my husband ,who got his pain meds! Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity!

This London Drugs location is good. Most of the time they have what you need and their staff is very attentive. Their pharmacy staff is kind and understanding and also their computer and music staff. It is rare to meet an unhappy employee and most of them have been there forever.
The store is clean, well organized. They don’t get the 5 stars because sometimes their prices are not competitive or, even worst..their sale prices practices are misleading. Why they do this is beyond me..they don’t need to.
We go back often and 9 out of 10 visits we leave with what we were looking for.
OPTICAL: the service is excellent and when you have an appointment you get in on time. The biggest problem this location has is that there is no provision for people that has to wait therefore a lot of people standing waiting for service. Also on Saturdays there isn’t enough employees to help which is frustrating..and they don’t open on Sundays, when lots of people who work need eye care can’t be helped here.
