Beware of the Pharmacy at this location, their organization and service have gone straight downhill lately. I had a terrible experience there with an employee called Golnaz. I called to refill a prescription and was told I could pick it up in two hours. I ended up not having time to pick it up that day, and came the next day instead. There I met Golnaz, who looked all around the pharmacy for several minutes, asking other employees for help finding my prescription. It was not on the shelf where it should be, or anywhere else, apparently. She comes back to me, flustered, and says they only just received a shipment of the medication I had asked for, and told me to come back in half an hour. She offered no apology. I raised my eyebrows, then said I would be back. No one had mentioned not having the medication in stock the day before, so either Golnaz was lying, or whoever I spoke to on the phone shouldn’t have said that my refill would be ready in two hours. Upon returning, Golnaz took my medication off the shelf and slammed it on the counter, not greeting me. After I paid for my medication, she threw it roughly under the plastic divider, and said ‘have a nice day’ in an extremely sarcastic tone, not looking at me. Never have I been served with such a terrible attitude, or been so passive-aggressively disrespected at this location. I have been picking up prescriptions there for years, and have never had any trouble. However, I will definitely be looking elsewhere after this experience.

My experience with the pharmacy was horrible. I spent over $800 over a month on a very expensive medication. The pharmacy manager Lisa right out refused my request to refund the unopened box. When I called the pharmaceutical company (Trilicity) they told me over the phone that the pharmacy should call and they do replace the medication with lower dosage but the pharmacy should call them. This heartless manager in this COVID environment that eveybody is kind to each other did not even bother to make an attempt and refused to help when the pharmaceutical company told me over the phone that they had no issue replacing it. And they have a sign in the pharmacy to be kind to one another!! I am changing my pharmacy to Shoppers. They don't deserve any star, I could not delete the one.

So disappointing pharmacy! I ordered the generic of my prescription. When I dropped by for pickup, it was brand name with 6X of price. Then I asked them to transfer me to Lonsdale. She checked it out if they had the generic and they confirmed it. I went there and after 20 mins waiting they said they had brand name only! Wasted my time for 2 hours.
