It was not evident where to go to checkin, so I asked the pharmacist and was pointed to the direction of the service counter. The service counter had a sign "pickup" . Not certain where to go we waited in front of the consultation door. An employee came out of the consultation room, we acknowledged her and she just walked by. I waited in line again at pharnacy and was told to check in at pickup. I stood in another lineup, and after an ID was checked, was provided with forms to be completed for each of us. There was one clipboard and one chair in front of the consultation room. So no place for the two of us to sit. After we completed the forms we again had to stand in line at the service desk. The pharmacist was called who provided clear information and we were directed to the consultation room. After the vaccination, we were told to stay ten minutes as the normal protocol. There was one chair availabile. We will never use London Drugs for vaccination, ever again. Checkin was unclear, lineups between every step of the process and no place to sit while waiting or after the vaccination. The process from arrival to vaccination took 30 minutes, not including the post vaccine wait. Go somewhere else, especially if you are a senior or have mobility issues, unless you want to stand around for 40 minutes

Each staff member would ask me the same questions and tell me I need to speak with the pharmacist. Took half an hour to speak to the pharmacist only for the female pharmacist to say “don’t know why you needed to speak to a pharmacist for that” in the rudest, snarkiest tone after I had been so patient. AND THEIR STAFF TELLING ME I NEEDED TO SPEAK TO THE PHARMACIST. Then the pharmacist proceeds to tell me something the staff could’ve told me half an hour before. How are these people qualified….
