Disappointing visit. Ordered a double big mack and received a single. Returned to counter and was greeted with a "Yah". Took them 3 times to get this simple order correct while the rest of my food got cold. Pitiful customer service.

I ordered 1 junior chicken and 2 mc veggie and asked for raw onion in junior chicken and they punched it on the screen and also asked for extra sauce in all the burgers they missed that too. upon calling they said the receipt doesn’t show but i told the person talking that it was punched on the screen and i double checked the order twice after that she is still asking me to check while taking the order are you kidding me what kind of customer service is that and the staff keep on laughing no greeting and talking properly to customers and on call the staff was really rude
disappointed by their service and worst location i have visited

I usually don't leave long reviews, but after multiple frustrating experiences, I feel like McDonald's really needs to take this seriously. I specifically ordered a Jr.
Chicken with added cheese and tomato - and I was charged extra for both.
However, once again, when I opened my sandwich, there was no cheese and no tomato at all. This isn't the first time this has happened either; it's been a repeated issue at this location, which shows a complete lack of attention to customer orders.
It's really disappointing to pay extra for something and not receive it, especially when you make the same request clearly every time - and even more frustrating when this pattern keeps repeating.
I understand that mistakes can happen occasionally, but when it happens again and again, it starts to feel like they don't care about accuracy or customer satisfaction.
I rely on fast food places like McDonald's for quick meals, but what's the point of convenience if you can't get what you actually ordered? Every customer deserves to receive what they paid for, especially when the request is simple and written clearly on the order slip.
McDonald's, please train your staff to double-check customized orders before handing them to customers.
It's not just about the food; it's about respect for the customer's money and time. I hope this review encourages management to pay better attention and make improvements - because right now, this location is making people lose trust in the brand.
