    The pharmacy at this London Drugs is great! I've never had any problems getting my prescription, they explain everything about the medications clearly and discreetly. They have also filled several emergency orders for me when my doctor was unreachable which I really appreciate.

    Flu Shot - Booked a flu shot online, arrived on time and waited by Check In Here for Booked Flu Shots sign, waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. Couldn't ask at the pharmacy as there was a line-up and I could see the sign at the pharmacy counter saying to wait at the check in sign. Going to book at a real pharmacy that understands customer service.

    The service was very bad. Yesterday I dropped off my prescription at 1pm , and I was going to pick up at 8:40pm, but my medicine was not ready for me to pick up. I ordered ‘Cephalexin Susp(Teva) 250mg. The pharmacist said this kind the compound medicine need time to prepare. I couldn’t believe. In other pharmacy the wait time only 2or 3 hours. This service was so bad.

    Typical London Drugs but the Pharmacy is terrible. I cant comprehend how rude they are. I asked a question regarding a product (were these medocated eye drops safe for a 5 year old?) and he actually shook his head and walked off when I was in mid sentence. I was shocked.
