  This pharmacy struggles to even stay open reasonable hours. There is a customer washroom in the store, but they never have it open ever. They will tell you to go to Starbucks so they don't have to concern themselves with keeping a clean washroom. The pharmacists are nice people, but this location is being mismanaged in a few areas. There are a couple rude employees at the insurance desk for one example. Hopefully they can make some staffing improvements in the near term. Parking at this store is horrible. Very many accidents in this parking lot so beware.

  This store has a high traffic especially the pharmacy department. The time to get a prescription filled was from 45 mins to now a 3 days wait. I am a loyal customer of London Drugs for over 20 years and I found that it’s time to seek for another pharmacy who can keep up their services. Average wait time to drop off my prescriptions is about 15 minutes and about 20 mins wait in the line of pickup. Text message service was offered and tested but I never received any notification by text of my prescriptions are ready. Besides, i had specifically let the pharmacist know that I am leaving on vacation and that’s why I need the prescriptions earlier than usual. They didn’t process it under “vacation supply” and it was denied by my insurance provider. I called and talked to a pharmacist on the phone and he said I should ask for a rebill when picking up the prescriptions. Unfortunately it was denied again and I need to pay almost $800 before my trip. Staffing has been an issue for them for a very long time (even before pandemic) and no improvement but it’s getting worse. I hope London Drugs can invest more on fixing their staffing issue in their near future.

  This 1 star is for the Pharmacy department. Awful time management and I swear it's getting worse as time goes on. They are never on time and I waited for almost 2 hours for 7 little pills. The only reason I waited is because they told me it was about 30 mins wait time but ended up far later. This is not uncommon. There are a few staff members that are completely rude and I've even had one back talk me and hang up on me after I was trying to explain a major mix up on their behalf. She refused to acknowledge the mix up and help me fix it. After 2 years of dealing with these issues I have decided to move to a different pharmacy.

  It was a long waiting at the Pharmacy to drop off and pick up medication. Need more staffs or work more efficient.
