    they are very helpful. When headphones have issues, other London drugs only told me to have to contact the manufacturer myself. but this store exchange for a new one right away

    Convenient location with Canada Post, a compass card machine, and a pharmacy. Good customer service from most staff. Shoutout to Darcy who is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I also really appreciate that they still have hand sanitizers at the entrances.

    The pharmacy has become an absolute joke. I called in and renewed my prescription at 2pm. Was told it would ready at 5pm. Arrived at 5:30 waited 30 min in line, only to be told that the 3 boxes of meds that were sitting in front of the pharmacist would take ANOTHER 30 min to have the labels put on them. I told them to keep it all, I will go somewhere else. I spend 1000’s on meds at LD, but that will be my last visit. Totally disgusted at the service. Update: I am happy to say that I received amazing follow-up from Patrick (Asst. Store Manager)this morning. He was able to resolve the issue, and offered to have the medication delivered. Thank you Patrick for the great customer service

    There was a lady today being quite loud, as she has some sort of mental illness. The manager was really compassionate and had a quick chat with her. Also, I reported a spilled coffee and it was cleaned within minutes. Pharmacy is a bit slow though.
