    Awful heartless experience zero humanity or empathy - I stopped in to fill prescription for 35 week pregnant wife, who was discharged from extensive ankle surgery yesterday following a nasty break. The pain meds the hospital provided were just enough for overnight. I was told by the lady at the pharmacy counter they were too busy despite it being early and very quiet. All they needed to do was count the pills? The lady at the pharmacy desk then advised me to try another pharmacy. Which I did - I walked to coal harbour compounding pharmacy, which was actually extremely busy. They managed to fill the prescription in minutes, gave advice and compassion and empathy. I wonder where I’ll be going from now on! I advise anyone in the area to avoid London drugs Pharmacy and to try the independent knowledge led we’ll run business a short walk away.

    Hi, I experienced a shocking experience today. I went to the pharmacy to ask about there was any product they could suggest to me to reduce the pigmentation of my skin. And the staff, I think, a Filipino wearing glasses. She was very rude and arrogant. Turn her back to me telling me that she is a pharmacist, not a cosmetic assistant. And walked away. I was shocked by the way she treated . We stand there for about two minutes then another person came she kindly listen to us and told us she doesn’t know any products which can solve our problem. I was feel much better with the second person. But it is so hard to see people treated awfully if they ask you for help.

    Not only does it have a great Pharmacy and a good selection for electronics, but it has one of the only places in the downtown area where you can buy toys for kids. A great option for a quick shop.
