    Awful heartless experience zero humanity or empathy - I stopped in to fill prescription for 35 week pregnant wife, who was discharged from extensive ankle surgery yesterday following a nasty break. The pain meds the hospital provided were just enough for overnight. I was told by the lady at the pharmacy counter they were too busy despite it being early and very quiet. All they needed to do was count the pills? The lady at the pharmacy desk then advised me to try another pharmacy. Which I did - I walked to coal harbour compounding pharmacy, which was actually extremely busy. They managed to fill the prescription in minutes, gave advice and compassion and empathy. I wonder where I’ll be going from now on! I advise anyone in the area to avoid London drugs Pharmacy and to try the independent knowledge led we’ll run business a short walk away.

    Overall a good shopping experience. The music center usually has a knowledgable and helpful staff member. Pharmacy ok. However some staff could do better. I like their vitamins, tooth paste a few other items. Sometimes Smokehouse Almonds go on sale. Yum.

    Nice store at a convenient location that sells almost everything you need from snacks, pharmacy drugs to basic electronic goods. Bought an iPad cover here when I visited Vancouver 2 years ago.

    The pharmacist was very helpful with her questions wich were more than i ask for thus keeping me healthier by not overmedicamented myself and the prices are fabulous
