- SSSalFeb 8, 20252.0Pharmacy Department: Unprofessional, unpleasant, condescending. The one pharmacy assistant has the most atrocious attitude I have ever encountered. Every interaction has been absolutely awful with her. I only have to get two medications filled here and I could not imagine an elderly patient or someone living in pain trying to interact with this individual. It is preposterous to have someone so self-righteous and rude behind the counter. You also have to call every single time your prescription is faxed over or else they will take a week to fill the prescription. I have even had faxes lost or thrown out. I have had interactions with other pharmacists and pharmacy assistants and they have seemed kind, yet overworked. After 7 years, I changed pharmacies. I try and avoid London Drugs after this experience
