    We have been going to this location for our prescriptions for years and we received excellent services at this location in the past, but this has changed. There are two older Asian women (both wearing glasses) are extremely rude and unprofessional. After putting up with this nonsense for a year, we have decided to go to another pharmacy in the neighbourhood.

    Staff are nice and selection is good. I had an inquiry about a beauty product I normally purchase from them not in stock and the staff member took my number down and called me in a timely manner to inform me it had been discontinued which I really appreciated.

    Went to pickup my prescriptions which were faxed in much earlier today and they weren’t ready. Rude and demeaning Pharmacist Chloe declined to fill my prescription and I saw how she previously mistreated an elderly doctor who needed paxlovid for a severe Covid case patient. She then preceded to tell me to go to shoppers drug mart as they are open later and gave me a photocopy of my prescriptions, which is illegal as a pharmacist cannot fill a photocopy and she should know that. I feel she was being racist to the doctor and myself due to our religion.
