- RKRick KSep 16, 20241.0I ordered some prescription medication from here. Normally I don't count them when I get back home because it's normally not a lot, but this last particular instance, I ordered a large quantity for a few months worth in one purchase, so I thought I'd count them and it ended up being short. To start off, when I dropped off the prescription a week ago they didn't have enough on hand which is understandable , so they gave me a small portion to last me a few days until they can text me back when when the rest had arrived to pick up. After nearly a week, I didn't get any text or call, I ended up having to call them to ask when the rest of the medication would arrive, and they said that it was already there. Something about today made me feel the need to count them so when I got home, I counted them - twice - and it ended up being less quantity than what I paid for, and these are not cheap pills either. I contacted them, they told me to bring the container back, so I did. I waited several minutes in line (again) to get to the pick-up window, then they suggested I wait on the other side while they recounted it. After waiting for nearly another 15 minutes, they gave me back the container with the same missing amount saying that two staff members had previously double counted and confirmed that when it was originally bottled it contained the correct amount, and that they would call me back after an investigation. I have no reason to lie about a couple missing pills, but it is definitely concerning, considering I have been purchasing from here regularly over the last year. How many pills have I not counted being short-changed? The convenience of this location is why I picked it for my medication purchases. However, this experience has definitely dampened my perception of their professionalism and I will highly consider an alternative for next time.
