    I had one of the best experiences here at Dunbar LD. The store was well-kept and stocks were well-maintained. My experience with the pharmacy team was especially pleasant. I had questions about anti-histamines for the pharmacy staff and the pharmacist at the time (tall Asian lady with glasses) kindly answered my questions and offered me samples of Allegra to try to save me from spending on two different kinds of anti-histamines. I have since transferred all my prescriptions to this pharmacy and they were all filled with care and in a timely fashion. They do get busy often times as do most other pharmacies, but they do take the time and care to answer questions that I may have to the best of their capabilities.

    this has the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. tried it out bc it’s the closest one to my house but every single time, without fail, over about the course of a year they’ve managed to have some sort of issue giving me my medication either on time or at all. they’ve lost my prescriptions, blamed my doctors for things I personally witnessed them NOT do, and would essentially treat me like I was hysterical if I even suggested that the problem could be on their end, despite it having always been the case once the issue would eventually get resolved. I’ve given them multiple chances to try and correct their issues, and I express when they’re mistreating me and why, but they just don’t seem to care? or maybe they just received really poor training on how to interact with the public. the last phone call I had one of of their pharmacists tried to condescendingly explain to me how a fax machine works, lol. anyway, switched to another pharmacy (not LD) and haven’t run into a single one of the issues that I had at this location. Don’t waste your time here, for real.
