  This location is fine. Quick and efficient service. This place is a little chaotic and messy. There's a killer pothole in the parking lot. Could wreck a car, and certainly do some damage to a bike/motorcycle. It doesn't look that deep in the photo, but it's way worse and quite wide.

  Terrible service by staff at this location. Early morning iced coffee pickup. Tried to get someone's attention working there, to ask if they still had the pumpkin iced coffee before my son ordered it. I was told with attitude that they did carry it. When our drinks were finally made (why it took so long before 6am(not busy) I could tell that there wasn't any pumpkin syrup by the way she was desperately trying to pump out the last few drops. I asked her which drink was which because they both looked the same? After having to leave due to work schedule, I took a sip, and it was awful. Poor service unfortunately on this early Saturday morning.

  If a guy is on disability you shouldn't be making fun of them. Drive thru is for pickup. If my order is ready and I want it on window like I get always in Downtown stores, what's the problem. Now at 3:42am some girl denied to gave me my order. Very bad service and some the staff needs to be changed. Disgusting. Never ordering from this location.

  I grew up in Vancouver and would regularly go to this McDonald's as it was one of the best. At a time in which you could get a meal deal for $2.99 on Tuesday's. Who'd ever guessed that the cost for a lesser meal would be five times higher. This was my first visit to this McDonald's in over twenty-five years and I will never go back. Myself and my two sons placed a large order at the drive-thru and we were asked to pull ahead while they put our order together. After waiting over ten minutes, half the order was cold and missing several items. My son took the order and went into the restaurant to get everything sorted out, but encountered an employee that couldn't understand what he was trying to explain. He gave up and we were still shorted two burgers. We all know that drive-thrus make mistakes, but you shouldn't have to explain yourself three times in order to get what you paid for. This is very common at every fast food restaurant nowadays which is why I've boycotted every one of them. Hire Canadians first for Canadian jobs because the labor that you're hiring doesn't understand nor do they care about customer service.

  I usually enjoy visiting McDonald’s, but my recent experience was quite disappointing. The service was slow, and the staff seemed unorganized. My order took much longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect and not fresh — the fries were cold, and the burger was poorly assembled. When I tried to speak with a staff member, they didn’t seem very interested in resolving the issue, which made the experience even more frustrating. Cleanliness was also not up to the usual standard; tables were messy, and no one seemed to be attending to the dining area. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service, food quality, and cleanliness. I’ve had good experiences at other McDonald’s locations, but this one definitely needs attention. Note:There is a manager name kawal do not know how to talk with customers. Always use headphones during the work. And also have very bad behaviour.
