I called and spoke to an employee, Sammy, after incurring a charge to my daughter's Uber because they charged for waiting that long. Apparently it's not their problem. Thanks for being considerate. I would avoid this mismanaged place like COVID.

Even they didn’t allow me sit there food was totally cold because I was not eat there and also both burgers are messy packed. Packing was to poor . Atmosphere and staff was not good . I also observed a food preparation associate making sandwiches with bare hands and long fingernails painted with red nail polish(Indian woman), which was concerning from a hygiene perspective. I will never go back to this location.
