    Rotten lettuce in my junior chicken and supervisor Ivan could not speak a word of English and did not know what rotten means! And then he hung up my phone and never picked up!! I am going ro sue mcdonalds and this location and this incompetent supervisor on a 4:30 pm shift on Wednesday Nov 26, 2025. I am pregnant and relized I ate a whole bunch of rotten bad lettuce this is disgusting and unbeliveable. Ill update you after I speak with my lawyer.

    Worst service I’ve had at any McDonald’s. The employees at this Knight Street location are rude and not willing to help when there’s an issue with the order. My drink was wrong, and they acted like it was my fault. Terrible customer service.

    I come here for beakfest every Sunday and its one of the best locations. The staff are friendly and kind (and I mean kind). I spilled my tea and not only did theu clean it up and checked on my mom (who I spilt tea on), they replaced my tea. The hashbrowns are always hot, which I've been told is the best factor. If your looking for a location when the food taste actually really good, and the Staff are great, I highly recommend this one
