    I love coming to this McDonald's. All the employees are so helpful. They make you fresh food. I have to give a special shout out to an EXTRA Helpful employee, VAUGHNEZ is awesome! He always smiles and goes above and beyond for every customer. Thanks Vaughnez for everything! I will make this particular McDonald's my go to just because of you!

    I know McDonald’s food isn’t supposed to be great, but this location was just terrible. The fries were old and cold. I ordered takeout, but instead of putting it in a bag, they just handed it to me like that. They weren’t even busy, yet the service was awful. Totally disappointed — I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It really ruined my mood.

    Recently renovated but there are still bottlenecks in service every so often. Overall a reliable location with free parking in the back and on Broadway. There are 4 order kiosks with one constantly out of service.

    Sadly, I eat too much @ micky dees. That said, this particular location is by far the most consistent of any locations I’ve experienced. Twenty years I’ve spent visiting this location, despite the fact that I have locations closer to me. And while I’m here, I wanna do a shout out for Lala. She is professional, warm and does her job with both energy and efficiency. She’s always upbeat and works her tail off to ensure people like me will write reviews like this :)

    I am extremely frustrated with how this location handles their order number system. Every time I pick up my food, the staff immediately remove my order number from the “Now Serving” screen before they even announce that my food is ready. This causes confusion and makes it feel like they are rushing to meet some internal performance targets rather than ensuring a smooth customer experience. It’s very annoying to wait around uncertain if your order is truly ready or not. This practice clearly prioritizes speed metrics over actual service quality and customer satisfaction. I hope management addresses this issue because it ruins what should be a simple and convenient pickup process.
