Never having one before, I wanted to try one on to make sure it fit before purchase. I first went to Shoppers Drug Mart at nearby Central City, where I was passed on to 4 different people before being told I couldn't try one on. At London Drugs my cuff size was actually measured, before options shown to me. Before purchase they let me try it on with assistance, and also instructed me on proper placement and use of the machine. Very friendly and appreciated the help and instructions.
