Went to pickup my important pain meds my doctor sent to the pharmacy today. Got there at 7:30pm and the pharmacy was closed. Google shows they should be open until 10pm. Unacceptable.

Updated: One extra star for the prompt steps taken by the store manager to help out, and make sure other customers don't have to face a similar situation. PLEASE BE AWARE THE PHARMACY CLOSES AT 7:00 NOW. On google and other places it says 10 pm on weekdays. No notification from them to anyone picking the prescription, even if they called before picking it up. They won’t even give a copy of my prescription to take it elsewhere. I could see people working in the pharmacy behind the gate. Now the poor child needs to suffer another night because of the negligence of letting people know their new policies. Never sending prescriptions here again even if it means going far.

A totally disgusting experience after a 30-min wait. I tried to pay for a mouse pad, which was on promotion for $30 from the original $40, at the pharmacy while picking up my medication. The computer crashed, so I had to bring it to the front cashier, who said he couldn't see the discounted price or do anything about it. So I took it back to the tech department which, at the time was quite busy. I then waited for nearly 30 minutes, alone in front of the camera section, yet not one employee came to offer help. Yes, they were all busy helping one customer after another - who just came. And now comes the disgusting part. Finally the manager finished helping his customer and came to help. After scanning the item he told me the discount only applied to the brown one, not the black one I was getting. They were put at the same spot under the same discounted price tag, which , yes, says brown. And yes, there was another tag for the black one, UNDER the discounted tag. Naturally he "couldn't adjust the price" for the "beautiful" black mat. Yes, it's common that only one culour option is discounted, but even more so that if a product is put under the wrong price tag the customer would be given the tagged price because it's the store's fault. Yet, as the manager, after seeing a frustrated customer standing there for 30 minutes, the first thing that came to his mind was to try not to provide a $10 discount and to convince me the black one worthed it? Eventually he adjusted the price even though he "shouldn't", but did so "because I waited" as if he did me a favour. If you would do it in the end, why did you have to waste even more time to try to argue with a customer just to disgust and irritate? It's a waste to have you as a manager. If you run your own counterfeit store you'd be very rich.

Especially appreciated the service from the folks in the electronics department as they tend to always be on their game. Pharmacy is friendly but they are not so good at counting as I found some of my prescriptions short on pills and seemed a little disorganised.
