  Pharmacy does not follow their own standards, has poor communication, is accusatory and constantly looses track of prescriptions within the same day they acknowledge filling them. I called their pharmacy at 12:21 today and got verbal confirmation that a new prescription was received and being processed and would be filled and ready in an hour, I confirmed I’d be by in two or more hours. I didn’t end up going until 6pm, plenty of time. When I got there the pharmacy said there was no record of me calling or having my prescription because there were no notes on my file (which they said is a standard practice of theirs). I showed them the phone receipt on my phone but they avoided to acknowledge it. They then spent 10 minutes going back and forth in the pharmacy checking places and returned saying there was no prescription or record of one. They had no faxes, no notes and nothing apparently on file and questioned me multiple times about who I talked, denying any guilt and putting the blame on me. A few minutes later, at the computer they say they now found it. As it took some time, I asked if it was the correct prescription and not and old refill (I’d assume after all this digging in my file, a prescription received 6 hours ago could not be so lost and buried so deep?). Their reply was “it’s the right one, and we’ll text you when it’s ready”. No acknowledgment on their end, no apology or explanation of the standards clearly not being followed on their end or assurance that this wouldn’t happen again. Not even an updated eta of when my prescription would be ready - just we’ll text you (it’s an hour later as I write this and no text). This is now the second time something of this nature has happened to me at this pharmacy. The patron before me in line, today, was questioned about why they were there if they didn’t receive a confirmation text after he dropped it off in person and showed up well after the time he was verbally told to come back to. I will be switching pharmacy’s and reporting this department as they stumbled over their own feel and admitted to not filling their own standards throughout our conversation and clearly do not have any integrity in keeping track of highly sensitive, personal information. I suggest any locals be weary of this particular pharmacy.

  Amazing place! Where do I start? My goto's then.. pharmacy is top notch. Then coffee, which is always on sale, and La Cocina chips, chocolate bars, and San Pellegrino water, handmade soaps and candles, essential oils and eco friendly cleaning solutions.. toothpaste, hair products, sunglasses, coconut milk and bedsheets ! Earbuds, monitors, laptops, plus need an e-bike? Or a kayak? Or how about a paddleboard. Here here here. There are always so many deals.
