I am here often because convenience and proximity to where I pick up my kid and I expect us to be poor.

Thank goodness she didn't drink it! I believe it was from the ice. So obviously they are not washing their hands at this location and not following proper sanitary standards. The service has always been incredibly slow at this location as well, so no use in coming back ever again.
