Already knowing that the fish filet is smaller than before. I’m just shocked to find out the cheese given is 1/3 of a cheese slice packet from the grocery store. I’m disappointed.

Not the first time this has happened to me. Went through the drive thru with my mobile order, worker asks me to park my car OUT FRONT because my order isn’t ready. Cars aren’t supposed to just idle right outside the front entrance, I was clearly blocking traffic. I waited a good 10 minutes and still nothing came out, other people at the drive thru were already getting their orders so i decided to go back through the drive thru to ask if my order was ready, as I didn’t want to continue blocking traffic. Manager proceeds to tell me my order isn’t even there and they can’t see it in their system, and made it seem like it was my problem.
First of all, this is fast food, not slow food, so my order shouldn’t have to take that long. Secondly, next time they should ask me to park in the mobile pickup area and not just out front where I’d be blocking traffic. Ridiculous.

Overall a good experience. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. The food was fresh and met expectations. There was a wait during a busy time, but everything else was solid. I’d definitely come back.

The service is terrible , the lady with dark skin, not knowing where she comes from charged me 45 cents for a takeout order bag , I never had this kind of situation before, dealing with such disgusting and awful lady! Don’t ask anything from her even if a piece takeout bag, she will charge you as if she came from those poor places!

I came here and ordered a meal I asked to buy a packet of mc chicken sauce
Before I left I checked the bag and realize the packet I paid for was missing
The worker said its on the burger and I said well that isn't what I asked for and she offered no solution then said I had to pay for it I said I had already paid ? And they had made a mistake
She continued to argue with me and finally gave me the packet and then at the end again told me its not an argument I need to pay for the packet
Pay for another packet when they put it on my burger and I didn't ask them to?
You really gonna argue people and not remake their food or give them a packet of mayonnaise when your staff make a mistake sheesh
Learn customer service and not to argue over a 40 cent pack of mayo when a mistake is made I could of asked to remake the burger AND the packet truly
