    This is the Mc for my family to go-to in Poco. Nice family place and my kids love this place for last 10 years. Recently they add the buzz for the washroom not sure why but I guess it becomes standard practice. It could be quite busy, but offen filled with kids and very warm family atmosphere.

    Unfortunately it's the only McDonald's close to us or I would go else where. they constantly make mistakes with orders, especially missing items. the drive through makes constant mistakes and always asks to park and wait for your food. When you do park it takes forever to get the order or they completely forget about you and you have to go inside to ask where you order is which defeats the bloody purpose of using the drive through.

    No consistency and terrible costumer service. The coffee always tastes funny. They're not cleaning the machines or something. Not recommended overall.

    I swear my coffee is pre made. I can never put my change away before they’re handing me the coffee ever lol sometimes it’s hanging outside the window as I go by and I don’t even stop and I just snag it on the way out lol

    Tried to cancel a skip order immediately becausei chose wrong city. I phoned the restaurant directly. The woman on phone said they didnt have my order so they can't cancel. Later it was assigned a driver, I phoned again. The woman on the phone said they didn't have my order. When they infact did. These people lie to hold onto a few dollars. I canceled before it was even made. Yet it was still delivered after being told twice over the phone they did not receive my order. I provided order # & the contents of the order.
