Ordered a 10 piece nuggets, they didn't give any sauce!!! You can't even order the nuggets without the option for a dipping sauce, I don't even know how they can add the nuggets but forget the sauce. Poor service & this isn't the first time this has happened ordering this late, after looking at other reviews. This location needs to be investigated & the staff need serious review maybe even new managers.

I visit this McDonald’s two to three times a week and have generally been satisfied with the service provided by most of the staff. However, my experience around 7 a.m. this morning was quite disappointing.
I ordered a medium coffee and two muffins. McDonald’s is currently running a promotion with stickers on the coffee cups, but the cup I received did not have a sticker. When I went to the counter to request one, the staff member handed it over without making eye contact or offering any apology.
Additionally, the sugar I requested was not included, and there was no stir stick for mixing the milk and cream. I had to check everything myself and ask for these items again. When I asked for the sugar I had originally ordered, the employee simply replied, “How many?” in a rather curt tone.
The staff member in question appeared to be an older Filipino woman who seems to have been working there for some time. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced similar behavior from the same person. After several such incidents, I finally decided to leave this review because I believe it is important to bring this matter to management’s attention.
While other employees at this location are consistently polite, attentive, and professional, this particular staff member’s attitude and manner of service have repeatedly fallen short of expectations. I sincerely hope that the supervisor will take appropriate steps to provide her with retraining and ensure that all customers receive the same level of courteous and respectful service that the rest of the team provides.

The Mac chicken was of low quality and taste great.The fries were not also crispy on th outside but soft . Also the box didn't come with th monopoly stickers which i am collecting. Tried calling multiplies between 10.40 to 11pm no response..

Drive-Thru at this McDonalds in the evening are slow and terrible in service.
I asked for Ketchup at the pickup window at drive-thru. The lady said “Sorry we’re out of ketchup”
I asked for Mayo “Sorry we’re out of mayo”
Is either she’s lying and just lazy to get it or the person that order resupplies for this MCD is really terrible at ordering what the restaurant needs.

What‘s the point of Having a Drive thru and ask me to park in the front ,so when i saw this girl coming out with my order, i had to came out of the car (she could not find my car)in the rain and been told that's not my order(it was, she did not even know the name on the order). It was not a busy day, no line up on both of the drive thru lanes.
