  3 days to fill smal simple perscriptin and was not filled. They lost it then found it and said I should have called everyday as policy. Pharmacist raised her voice and got irate at me when I said can you fill today. After spending a tone of money at this store for the past 30 years I will never buy anything here again.

  The Pharmacists are friendly and helpful but the Pharmacy itself is criminally understaffed and their computer system is severely lacking. For the third time now I've had to harass them to finish filling my father's post-op open heart surgery medication. First was the day of discharge. They had to rummage through stacks of paper to find the prescriptions faxed from KGH and said it would be ready that day. I'm sure they were only finished because I showed up at 15 minutes to closing and watched. They also left off the prescription on the last page and didn't really know how to handle it when I went back. Second was when I phoned on a Saturday to get refills in blister packs. I was told they would be ready on Tuesday at 2pm. Again I go in at 15 minutes to closing and they had no intention to finish them that day. The final time was when I was instructed by the Cardiologist to take an updated prescription in on Monday and also get refills for Wednesday. I asked for bottles this time as blister packs take too long. I was assured the blister packs would be done in time. No word Tuesday. Wednesday morning I go in, the woman at the counter has to go searching for them and they're not done. I'm told someone will finish it now and to come back in 30 minutes. When I see they're not in blister packs anyways I give a chuckle and the Pharmacist tells me it got really busy and she forgot. This is not acceptable. It's easy to see these people are being run off their feet and need some assistance but at the same time there should be no way for someone to forget to fill a prescription with todays technology. But hey, at least someone's making more money! Response to the owner: That's excellent news, I look forward to meeting the extra pharmacists and assistants you have brought onboard! As well as seeing the tech update!

  Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy The pharmacist is a complete narcissist and refused this lady her medication after she waited 2 hours. This poor girl was suicidal after this experience I felt so bad for her!

  Really helpful staff. Good selection of tech and household supplies. Some furniture and of course a pharmacy. I'd come here if your looking for a camera, kitchenware, or low priced tech.
