I went through the drive through and specifically asked for "hot fresh fries" and stated that I wouldn't mind waiting if they have to cook a new batch. But what do I get? OLD, COLD, STALE FRIES. I should have checked before I drove home but I didn't... Why should I? I was very clear about my simple order. They charge me $5.00+ for a medium French fries & I want them hot. Is that too much to ask? McDonalds makes more than enough money off a fry order to be able to provide their customer with a nice fresh product that looks like the advertisements. Well this McDonalds failed.
