My biggest complaint is that when you try to call about the issue no one answers and half the time they haven’t put a receipt in the bag to address the issue at a later time. 90% of the time when we are getting fast food it is when we are running late getting our kids to bed and trying to rush in a bedtime snack on the go meaning we don’t have time to go back. I just tried calling to address cold food that was obviously sitting and again there was no answer and we can’t go in to address it in person. There should at least be an answering machine to leave a message.
