    I went to London Drugs to buy some pills. They told me the product was available, but I had to wait because they were “busy.” Even though it was just one item, I ended up waiting over an hour and a half. When I went back — only ten minutes earlier — they told me I still had to wait again. It didn’t make sense, and the whole process felt really disorganized. It’s very disappointing to wait this long for a single item, especially when they said it was available. I hope they improve their service and communication with customers.

    Terrible experience. The staff member Jalal interrupted me right away asking for my last name without even letting me explain what I needed. With the next customer he acted differently — listened first, then asked details but in another language, not English. That felt discriminatory and unprofessional. He then ignored me, started serving someone else in Iranian (Farsi), and in the end didn’t even understand what I needed. Another pharmacist had to step in and do his job properly instead. This kind of incompetence and disrespect is unacceptable in a pharmacy. Avoid this place if you value your health and time.

    Med props to the ladies and the gents at the bar and in the kitchen of this noble pharmaceutical establishment for fixing the pink antibiotic mixture for our 8 month old ear infection so well that she now refuses to have breast milk and demands only the Pink stuff! She'll be very disappointed once her 10 day supply runs out...
